Autism Foundation C.I.C

Empowering Parents, Carers & Professionals

A Multi-Award Winning Organisation

About

Welcome to the Autism Foundation C.I.C.

A multi-award-winning social enterprise dedicated to empowering autistic and disabled individuals, their families, and the professionals who support them. At the Autism Foundation, our mission is straightforward: to create meaningful, lasting change for individuals with autism and disabilities by providing high-quality training, support, and advocacy. We believe every individual deserves to be understood, supported, and empowered to thrive.

About Us

I’m Faria Arsh, founder and CEO of the Autism Foundation C.I.C. As a specialist in autism, communication, and behavioural analysis, and a trained ADOS-2 assessor, I deliver both in-person and online training designed to provide you with practical, evidence-based tools that you can use immediately at home or in school.

My work is deeply informed by my personal journey as a mother to a teenage daughter with severe autism, ADHD, severe learning difficulties, and epilepsy. Combining my professional expertise with lived experience, I have developed workshops and training programmes that truly meet the needs of families, carers, and educators. Our best-selling book, Toilet Training for Autistic & SEND Children and Adults, is a testament to our work and ethos, which has helped hundreds of autistic and SEND individuals and their families globally.

Our New Project: Respite & Care Home Facilities

We are excited to be developing respite and care home services for individuals with autism and disabilities. Our focus is on delivering safe, high-quality, compassionate care for some of the most vulnerable members of the community. This project will expand our ability to support families who desperately need short breaks and specialised care for their loved ones.
